It's gross as fuck when people do this. When he starts making his way toward you, your heartbeat starts to pick up the pace, and you panic slightly. Suddenly, you aren't quite sure what to do with yourself. The feeling of being out of place washes over you once again, actually feeling worse now than it did when Jade first left your side after getting here. If your drink was still in your hand, now would have been a perfect time to take a large swig and look nonchalant. You silently scold yourself for abandoning it earlier.
