Wow, this is just amazing. I almost didn't read it because of the relationships listed, but they're really not remotely the point of this; this is a gen story about Father Mulcahy and his life at the 4077th, with utterly perfect characterization and voices all the way through. Really, just amazing.
Usually I like reading multi-chapter stories on one page, but the chaptered view works really well here; each chapter is a different letter about a different topic.
