First, there's everyone who put up with me talking about it all the time, and/or read snippets of it over AIM; I won't name you all because I'd forget people, but thanks so much, everyone. Massive thanks go to synecdochic, because this story is half her baby; she encouraged and enabled and supported and basically made sure it actually happened.
