Summary
Everything in the city is new, the subway in particular, perfect way to travel from A to B; Less favorably a fighting ring for the gangs to settle turf. Generation Zero and the Midnight Crew are warring over the dealings of the underground.
Several civillians are caught in the perceptual firestorm, the Mayor included. Sometimes he wonders if the city is another word for war. Civillians stand divided during inevitable escalations in gang violence.
