Summary
Einarr is Chief of the Clan of the Spirit Eagle. Brynach is his Lt and his lover. They rule through strength and wit keeping the humans of their lands safe while tending to the magical creatures Odin bound Einarr to watch over. While they tend to matters of war, their wives, Aouregan and Koulma, tend the hearth, their children and their people, doing as much, if not more by the grace of Frigga's guidance as the men.
When time and tides allow, the four share a unique and life affirming relationship. Away from prying eyes there are no lines between them. They belong to each other, each to each, four made one.
With the turning of the seasons, the men have returned home to their family expecting a joyous welcome, but this time fate is not so kind.
