Written for the kinkmeme prompt that asked for Sam to get permanently trapped on the Grid, mope about it for a bit, then fall in love. But I couldn't resist it because the implications were superb: what if another Flynn went mysteriously missing, mere weeks after taking hold of the company? Can he keep his grip on Encom and deal with living as part-program, while the Grid still harbors ghosts of the past?
