Summary
When the Outsider gives Corvo his Mark, he only gets half of it. The other half already belongs to someone else - someone who previously had the entire Mark for himself. Now, they're forced to share their powers, as they only work when they're together.
Corvo and Daud are bound by history, by fate, by the Outsider himself. An unstoppable force crashing into an immovable object; both of their lives permanently changed forever.

Summary
The mark never left, no matter how many years passed. He could feel it in his bones, his muscles, his skin, and his mind. The tension trapped him like the whale at the Slaughterhouse and its Row, feeling his guts spill out for the vultures. How they sneered at his miserable state, spatting at his face! That life is no longer his.
The Kaldwin empire rose in the empty land of Gristol, seating the first emperor on the throne. Nobody knew how long it took. Nobody knew how easily the Void would have taken their concerns away. They watched and listened, presiding over the kingdom until the blockade lifted.
The world never saw its day of reckoning.

Summary
Daud stepped out into the night with the ringing of the Clocktower bell. Let her ring, let her ring, he thought. Time was running out and he didn’t have the luxury to worry about that, too.
The shrines were cold. Wasn’t that the Outsider hadn’t spoken to him in years, though that was true. It was that the runes had lost their song, their hissing had sputtered like candles in the sour gale off the Wrenhaven. Daud had no notion of chasing him into the Void, had he the means to enter but by invitation, and what little he had of patience had been lost long ago. The Empress was dead—long live the Empress.
Long live Daud’s shame. -

Summary

Summary
Corvo wrenched back from Jessamine. “What day is it?”
She blinked at him, clearly struggling to catch up with his strange behavior. “The second of the Month of Clans. Corvo, are you feeling alright? What’s wrong?”
The breath punched out of his lungs. “It’s 1836?” I have many powers and abilities. Corvo’s ears rang with the echo of whale song. It wasn’t actually possible, was it? And yet, was the proof not right there in his arms?
Corvo Attano's world crumbled into ash the day the assassin, Daud, murdered his Empress, and nothing has been right in it since. When the Outsider steps in to change fate for his favored Marked, Corvo will stop at nothing to make sure the second chance isn't wasted. With all his memories from the erased time, Corvo and Jessamine must work in secret with few allies to foil the Spymaster's plot, but that means the infamous Knife of Dunwall must be dealt with. To protect Jessamine, Corvo will do anything--even work alongside the one man he hates above all others.

Summary
An RP from 2020 that turned into a whole fucking novel about a very diverse cast of OCs and some canon characters within the universe of Dishonored. The story takes place pre-DH1, but during the time of the rat plague, so Dunwall is in peril but Jessamine is still alive and well. The story shifts POVs many times so there is no one main character, however the two whom the story is mostly centered around are Nika and Rafa. Nika, who belongs to ferociouskitten, is a young Void-touched thief who had the misfortune of being caught and tortured by rogue Overseers for being in the wrong place at the wrong time, and Rafa, a Serkonan Overseer aiding the Dunwall Abbey during the plague, basically end up in deep shit together and the story progresses from there.

Summary
The mess hall was filled with almost all of Daud's whalers. They had pushed together all of the tables into one long table, which was covered with all manner of food. A roaring fire was lit in the fireplace, and dozens of candles lined the tables and the walls. The men sat along benches on each side of the long table, eating, talking and laughing. Someone was singing; a couple of them were dancing aimlessly in the corner of the room; someone else walked along the table refilling drinks.
Daud’s chest ached for a second, unexpected. There was a moment before he managed to put together the pieces.
“It’s Midwinter?”
