    Franklin Green has wanted to be a superhero ever since he found out he had a superpower. Instead, he's a private eye in Washington, DC. He'd love to be Sam Spade or Philip Marlowe; but unfortunately his ability to perceive the thoughts and emotions of others makes it difficult to maintain the necessary cold hard detachment. Call him a soft-boiled detective. He's created a niche for himself where he can use his telepathy; and hey, he's not Sherlock Holmes, but it's a living. And then, one day, she walks in. Sherry Cooper. Legs that won't quit, a beautiful mind, and story unlike anything he's ever heard. Pretty soon, Green is in over his head...but maybe that's how he likes it.

    This is sort of a homage to Chandler's The Big Sleep. It's also a bit of a twist on a classic fairytale, and as close to a quirky f/m romantic comedy as my writing has ever come. There is no explicit sex but there is some frank discussion of sexuality. Enjoy!
