However, this madman with a blue box is definitely the strangest thing they’ve ever come across. For one, the man claims to be an alien. For another, his police box is bigger on the inside and can apparently travel through time and space. More than that, he’s lonely and wants them to come with him. This cannot be good for all involved—especially the Terror Twins.
