Summary
Thor takes a good look at Loki once he has hauled him back onto the quinjet, and realizes that there is something odd about Loki's eyes. Thor has grown and changed much in the last year, and no longer takes anything for granted. So he starts asking questions. It doesn't take long to figure out that Loki is not acting of his own free will.
Tony Stark knows what it is to be forced to do as an enemy commands. Steve Rogers has seen the atrocities manipulative madmen are willing to commit. Clint, Logan, Bruce and Natasha have been subjected to said madmen. They all know what it is to lose themselves, and to seek redemption.
Together, this band of broken heroes draws a line in the sand. They will not tolerate any tyrant, foreign or domestic. That includes Nick Fury and the WSC, who have used everyone on the team for their own aims. It includes Thaddeus 'Thunderbolt' Ross, who has hunted Bruce against all reason. It includes Odin, who treats his sons like commodities. And it includes Thanos, who has delusions of conquering Earth.
Along the way, they learn to trust each other. They learn to help each other. They become a family.

Summary
Tony's project of collecting Avengers (the only original set!) is disrupted when Pepper breaks up with him. However, despite their less than cheerful host, the rest of the team ends up gathering in the new Avengers Tower, slowly turning into an actual team. When Tony's post-breakup behavior turns out to have long-term consequences, the rest of the team are there to help, and somehow, the world survives the transition to Tony's Avengers without anything exploding.
Or, the one where Steve talks to gravestones, Phil offers to trade a mint-condition card, Clint sits on top of the bookshelf, Tony comes out as bi on live TV much to his own surprise, the Hulk is a rather reliable babysitter, Natasha doesn't get to murder anyone, and there is disappointment abound because Rhodey has clothes on. And Pepper has a headache because of the Avengers, but then that is nothing new.

Summary
Set in Avengers Tower because I'm in the middle of reading a FABULOUS crossover in which John punches Sherlock once he shows up at the Tower. This is my take on what would happen had that happened.
Essentially, the team stares at Sherlock making tea, Johnlock bicker like, well, long-lost lovers reunited after one of them faked their death and didn't tell the other one, and John jump Sherlock, but not in the way you're thinking (or probably hoping.)Inspiration thanks to the beautiful fic by DullYellowEye called 'In Which Neither Coulson nor Sherlock are Dead (and John sort of joins the Avengers) :D It's beautiful. And it's long :D :D:D:D

Summary
On Dartmoor, close to where Emily spent many summers in her childhood, a criminal is on the loose. A recurring anomaly is opening at seemingly random locations on the moor and spitting out creatures from the Pleistocene. While Jess struggles to coordinate operations amid the many mobile phone blackspots, and Connor tries to find a pattern in the way the anomaly opens, the rest of the team must attempt to keep both creatures and people in their proper time zones.

Summary
One of the many things Bruce Banner picked up on his (admittedly unchosen) travels around the world was a love of tea. Now back in New York, and living in Avengers tower, it's one of the little habits that he's brought with him, and one of the ways he makes sure to have a little personal time. Tea is an oasis of calm in the middle of a life which is far from routine. Gradually, though, the team start to need that little oasis of calm too, and one by one, time after time, they come and talk to Bruce, just to find some space to think, and sometimes for a little gentle advice, or a push in the right direction.

Summary
After the Chitauri Incident and after Clint is cleared by SHIELD, he finds himself working two jobs - one as a SHIELD agent and one as an Avenger. It's tiring, but he doesn't stand up for himself. He figures he owes everyone a lot. Bruce is out of practice in having friends, but he's pretty sure that standing up for them is what friends do. Bruce rallies the team as well (and cooks).

Written for a prompt on avengerkink:
I want to see something where, for whatever reason, Steve's accelerated healing turns out to be a bad thing. Something where the faster healing is making things worse. I would prefer something other than the standard, super-healing allows for more torture without death.
“He's lucky – to have the serum, to have you all.” Tony wasn't sure about that first part.
When one faced death and destruction every day on the job, there were many advantages to having a healing factor...and a great many disadvantages as well.
