Summary
The Hawke family was used to life throwing hardship their way. Facing a Darkspawn army, fighting for life and freedom, meeting dangerous witches, it was all just life as usual. Sekhmet would fight to protect them even with her last breath. She had made a promise to Papa and she intended on keeping it, it was the least she could do after what she had done.
The story is pretty mild so far, rating will change as the story progresses. It is slightly AU as it fits into my Relationship In Pieces Universe.

But mostly she loves that it's true. That they are hers, body and soul, and no one will ever be able to take them away from her again.

14-year-old Usagi Tsukino had thought she had seen it all. Luna has been hunting for Sailor Moon, the girl destined to lead the sailor senshi in the battle against Queen Beryl, for as long as she can remember. When she sees Usagi leaving the arcade one day she sees potential and hope not having a clue of the scars both physical and mental the young girl hides.
Luna does as she sees fit and awakens Usagi as Sailor Moon. But the senshi she gets is not the one she is expecting. Now dealing with a skittish, nervous, under confident, and all ready traumatized senshi vs the happy go lucky girl she was searching for will make the fight with the enemy a very different story.
And a slight push down a different path when three girls meet earlier than they should have will forever change the well known legend of Sailor Moon.
