Instead, his weary history with one Dave Karofsky is condensed into one long, stewing summer at Camp Creosote: the home of the wealthy's intolerable children. Kurt is in self-imposed exile in penance for his petty reluctance to return to Lima, and accept the intrusion of Carole and Finn into their lives.
