Approximately a year ago, we privileged few at SHIELD headquarters made the acquaintance of one Thor Odinson. Ever since, he has made it his mission to defend Earth against its would-be destroyers (and yes, I’m talking about the man in the green dress, also known as ‘he who must not be named’, ‘the low-key assassin’ or, my personal favourite, ‘Delilah’), delight our women with his godly pectorals and generally confuse the living Hell out of us poor Midgardians who don’t have a damn clue what he’s talking about most of the time.
This guide was compiled with care, love and girlish giggling by everyone’s favourite Avenger, Tony Stark. As such, the entries are not in alphabetical order. That would take time and commitment that I just don’t have. However, it will help you decipher the otherwise alien speech of our muscular blonde non-compatriot. It will also look great on your bookshelf because my face is on the cover.

No Asgardian would suppose Steven Rogers to be anything less, and were he born of Aesir and raised to manhood within the Allfather's realm, rest assured he would never allow less to be seen of him without demanding his honor's due of any who supposed him weak, or wavering beneath the weight of his duties.
And so Thor thinks it is best for them both that he has come to understand better of the man.

Post Avengers movie. Tony had figured that his life would go back to normal, or what passes as normal in Tony Stark's life, after the Chitauri Invasion - he was sadly mistaken. Fury isn't getting off his back about this whole team thing (never mind that most of his team mates are notable only through their absence), Pepper is dangerously close to a nervous breakdown due to his latest world-saving stunt (which really doesn't make his life any easier), terrorists have it out for him and the world by proxy, and Steve Rogers continues to defy all his expectations, somehow firmly inserting himself in Tony's life - all the while being ridiculously attractive and possibly the most oblivious person on the planet. Oh, and let's not forget the blue goo, there's blue goo, too. Sometimes Tony really hates his life.
