How's that for a title? In another universe, Doctor Strange and little Loki were in a relationship. In Marvel universe 616, Loki gets a glimpse of that relationship and things go from there.
[Canon Dr. Strange travels different dimensions and has been in different realities (like when the earth was destroyed and recreated) so it's not a stretch to say he's been in different Marvel universes (not counting the other Dr. Stranges in those other Marvel universes but he's fought those too in 616). Bad writing in recent years has left Doctor Strange a shadow of his real character, but it's worth looking up his old material. The art isn't as clean as present day stuff, but once you start reading, you'll find it quite engrossing.]

Summary
Steve's known that there are other worlds out there; he just hasn't paid much attention to them. Living with Bucky and helping out the Avengers is a full time job, and he doesn't have time to daydream about things like that when he can hear about them at work. When they get called in to investigate the appearance and deaths of Incubi and Succubi civil war survivors, they find that a portal has been opened between their two worlds. Wanting to do the right thing, Steve offers to go through and talk to those in charge - only he didn't count on getting stuck on the other side.
Once he's back on earth, though, he's got a whole bunch of different problems on his hands. An annoyingly brilliant Incubus has followed him back and he's left to deal with the mess all by himself.
