Summary
The angels have fallen, Castiel is human, and Lucifer and Michael have been freed from hell. Worst of all, Sam has begun to have dreams featuring Lucifer again. But this time, the Devil isn't trying to get Sam as his vessel--in fact, Sam is unclear of his intentions. And all Sam’s alone time with Lucifer—who is being significantly nicer to him, now that the two spent a while in the cage together—has caused him to develop messy feelings towards the angel.
Sam has yet to mention the dreams to Dean, but when his older brother finds out, things get bad.

Bruce is pretty sure a therapist wouldn't help his client synthesise the main compounds in chocolate at three in the morning. Just like he's pretty sure exposure therapy does not mean trolling cosmology conferences and hacking SHIELD's files about wormholes. And when they say pets help with anxiety, they don't mean pet Hulks. But hey, he did say he wasn't a therapist, didn't he?
Or, in which Bruce Banner knows about breathing exercises for panic attacks and grounding techniques for flashbacks, but as far as therapy goes, that's pretty much it. But if Tony refuses to get an actual therapist, he supposes they can make do with what they have.

When Gandalf brought thirteen Dwarves to Bag End for an unexpected party, it was not the first time Bilbo Baggins met Thorin & Company. If it had been, it might have been easier for him to say no.
In which Bilbo Baggins finds his way to Ered Luin as a younger man, and feels more at home there than he could have guessed, until suddenly, he doesn't. And he leaves, and tells himself that he has forgotten, and carries on with his life. In which Gandalf is a good deal more concerned than he lets on, Thorin is infuriatingly stubborn, Fíli and Kíli often do more harm than good, and the rest of the Company tries to figure out exactly what they're doing, coming back into the life of someone who left them behind.
This follows Bilbo from his first trip to Ered Luin through his last, and then picks up again at the start of the Quest for Erebor, continuing on through canon events, with some alterations.
