Summary
A few months after the battle of New York the God Loki appears back on Stark Tower under chaotic circumstances. This time however he is on the run. Tony Stark gets caught up in the crossfire and is taken along with the Aesir. Can the two of them ever make truce in order to get away? And even if they do, how does one escape from such a dark corner of the universe, when they are so very far away from the Nine Realms, that not even Loki knows the way back home. But first, they need to survive.

The point is that you are First Captain Jade Harley of the S.S E-92, who is maybe a little bit terribly infatuated with trouble, and you have just had an unexpected delivery of it (the best kind! the odd yet entirely exhilirating excitement of bad accidents is you believe lessened somewhat when they are either able to be pre-empted or even not accidents at all) deposited right on your deck.
jade/vriska, as something of a strange uneven mix of ♥ and ♠, IN SPACE. one of them is a cop and one of them is a pirate of sorts and they are both firm believers in the philosophy that the best things in life do not come without a little trouble. sometimes the best things are trouble and nothing but! and that is ok.

When Tony was sixteen, he got to meet his hero, Captain Steve Rogers, the Empire's not-literally-golden boy from the Continuity Wars. When he was twenty-seven, the aforementioned Captain turned Pirate picked him up at the outer edges of space. It would have been a good time to appreciate the abundant nudity that came from spending too much time with space colonists, but Tony had bigger worries than even Rogers' amazing hip-to-shoulder ratio. Something was sending the star-encircling computers that power the galaxy into a tailspin, and it was going to take a lot more than luck and skill to clean the mess up.
