“you can't think I am interested in saving your worthless life again?” Rapheal said as menacingly as he could, backing the mundane up step by step. He was fully aware that he was doing just that.
Raphael and Simon don't know what they got themselves into when Raphael decides to help the human stay mundane instead of allowing Camille to kill him. Raphael is not good at identifying what's going on in his own head ( he thinks he knows himself too well ) and Simon is distracted by other things.
“wait what? this whole thing was an accident?” Sans questioned. I knew that look. That was the ‘I’m gonna kill this guy if I ever see him’ look.
“No, it wasn’t! I agreed to splitting my soul! The original plan was for the Determination one and the Justice one to take form, but I did too. I could feel all seven cores of me separate from the Patience one. I was the accident. Just me. I-I think it was because I have feelings for you, to help you like I know how it should be done. I want to teach you to be gentle when you need it and avoid fights from happening. You’re already doing it now.” I said softly, feeling him relax again.
“You won’t ever have to worry about me leaving for another universe or getting taken. No more running. No more tears. I did this for you, for what you need. You know and I want to help. You saw me. You knew I needed to go home and I did, but I promised I wouldn’t leave you alone.”

When the church finally send an Archelai to help (one of the Blessed who control God's forces of magic), Rocha O'Briar thinks she can breathe easier. But when the powerful Archelai goes to kill the dragon, Rocha's brother runs into the fray to protect the beast he admires so much... And dies in his stead.
Filled with anger and grief, Rocha steals a sword from the blacksmith shop and goes to slay the dragon herself...
