6 Works in Snotra (Norse Religion & Lore)

The Adventures of Loki and Sigyn in Midgard as told to Bragi the Skald by Sir Anthony Stark, or: In which, Loki tries to figure out redemption, Sigyn tries figure out how to protect her husband, Thor tries to figure out the toaster oven, and Tony Stark tries to figure out how he got into this mess in the first place.
This fic is not canon to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel Universe Earth-616 or Norse mythology, but it will beg, borrow, steal and bastardize from all three from time to time. After all, if the Poetic Edda says the first Frost Giant was licked into existence by a primeval cow and there’s an alt-Marvel universe where Captain America fights Nazi zombies alongside Howard the Duck, I should be able to do what I want.

It's not easy being the gifted black sheep. Sometimes you're loved, sometimes you're hated, but always, you're misunderstood. Loki swirled in these states, throwing her life from the barren path of another, to the muddy gutter of her intentions.

Faithful is the only word they will allow me.
Loki and Sigyn have been friends since childhood. When their friendship grows to something more, life sees fit to endow them with happiness and bad luck in (nearly) equal measure.

Natasha isn’t sure how it happened, but somehow she’s found herself sitting on the couch with Jane Foster, watching Beauty and the Beast. The next thing she knows, she’s listening to Jane ramble on about princesses, and true love, and how this could be the answer to the Avengers’ annoying, be-horned, god-shaped problem: Find Loki a princess.
Then Thor informs them that his brother already has one.
Natasha can work with this.
Or, the history of Loki's terribly misguided attempts at love and friendship. It is an account that is both heartbreaking and cringe-worthy. That he manages to be successful anyway and win over the unlikeliest of people is nothing short of miraculous. Especially when it's all thanks to his spiteful, cantankerous wife. Features both slash and het, angst and humor, and plenty of Norse mythology.

“Loki!” the call of his name brought him from his thoughts. He glared up at the man he once called father. “Have you anything to say?”
Loki smirked, bowed his head, and raised it again his eyes seething with abhorrence. “Burn in Helheim, Odin One-Eye.” Finally, he spat at the base of the throne as the guards began to re-muzzle and re-cuff him for the dungeons.
A story of Loki's imprisonment after the Avengers, Thor's newfound love, and Thanos' plots for revenge.
(I am so bad at summaries, please just have mercy on me and read this.)
