Summary
You are an Orc Hunter and your name is Tednugent. You feel this is an exceptionally clever name, but nobody ever seems to get the joke. You have a Cat for a pet, his name is Scratchfever. You feel this is also an exceptionally clever name. Nobody ever gets this joke, either. You are level 80. Scratchfever is also level 80. You do not remember how you came to be logged out in Razor Hill, but the place looks deserted. There are no NPCs in sight and your Track Humanoids, which is currently active, is turning up completely blank. Scratchfever seems agitated. His Happiness is getting low and you don't have any Meat or Fish to feed him. You have only 500 bullets left for your gun...

Summary
Dad goes to Silent Hill to finish off some of his late mothers finances and goes missing. John goes in search of his father, Dave in tow, when a crash leaves them separated and confused. John wants nothing more then to find his father, and Dave wants nothing more than to see the Egbert's reunited. What the boys don't know is that Silent Hill will drag their deepest memories, and more repressed feelings of guilt, into the light in the most horrifying of ways.

Bookmarker's Notes
Creepy as fuck but so well written. There were several times my heart jumped and then just ached. This reminds me of the last Stephen King book I read (Gerald's Game) where the story grabs you right away and doesn't let up until the resolution. Not an easy read due to content/intensity but so worth it. Brilliant work.

Summary
John is missing. When Sherlock receives a text summoning him to Silent Hill he's intent on reclaiming his friend but the town has other ideas. Our detective must battle through a world shaped by his own troubled psyche as he uncovers the town's secrets, attempts to find John and hunt down Jim Moriarty.
You don't have to be a fan of Silent Hill to enjoy this. If you like a good horror film or novel, you'll probably find something you like here. If you've ever wanted a peek inside Sherlock's head, this is for you too.
This is definitely one for the adults. It covers adult themes, violence to both monsters, adults and a child and many themes of psychological horror. Also, there is no guarantee that the main characters will survive to the end of the story (hence the character death warning but things aren't always as they seem). If you didn't think I could kill them off you wouldn't be so scared for them! Please take note of the warnings but then enjoy! Based on series one.
