Summary

Heat suppressant suppliers are being murdered by a mysterious mob boss, Omegas living on the street are being hunted. When John goes missing Sherlock will stop at nothing to get his Omega back. Summary
John moved around a lot because of his father's work in the army, and he never made any long-lasting relationships because of it. When both his parents died, he thought he would finally settle down and rebuild his life but things are never that easy. Like every family, his family had secrets too. For as long as John could remember, he was prone to headaches, but the longer he stays at St. Bart's, the worse his headaches become and the more he remembers of a past he feels should have stayed forgotten. It doesn't help that his teenage libido is craving for Sherlock Holmes, his weird classmate with a penchant for being an ass, either.

The first time it happened was completely by accident.
Post-Reichenbach, John finds a way to hold on to Sherlock after all.
Prepare yourself for 1.) angst 2.) plot 3.) smut 4.) more smut 5.) even more smut 6.) more plot 7.) happy ending. But, in apparently WAY too many chapters. Here's an excerpt, just to give you hope through the angsty first few chapters:
"I am going to seduce you, Sherlock Holmes," he rumbled into Sherlock's ear, smiling as Sherlock's breath grew unsteady again. "Not because you need it, but because you deserve it. We both do." He gave Sherlock a squeeze. "Trust me?"
Sherlock's head lifted, those uncanny pale eyes looking at John with complete sincerity. "I've always trusted you, John."
John felt the last bit of tension leaving his shoulders. "Good." He kissed Sherlock one more time, swift and soft — a promise. "That's good."

John was an army Doctor, he and other Omegas are captured and taken to a secret base for experimenting. There are other Omegas also held prisoner. Once the Alpha with gray eyes and a confident strut takes the case all chaos breaks loose. Sherlock has never felt the urge to bond with an Omega, he loathes their weak and needy nature. Until he meets John Watson an omega with a stubborn streak and a delicious scent. All he wants to do is protect this interesting creature and he can't figure out why. He's addicted to John and wont stop until he marks him, keeps him from prying eyes and other unbonded Alphas. John isn't one who can be convinced to bond, but Sherlock is determined even if his brother frowns on such a relationship. Unfortunately John has attracted another Alpha's attention. A cruel Sebastian Moran who will stop at nothing to break John and force a bond.
