This is The Better Men with Charlotte instead of Charles. Basically, I spent hours changing pronouns so I could show my parents what I've been working so hard on, lol. To keep all the pairings het, which is 100% necessary for any parent-viewed material, Charles became Charlotte, Moira became Morris, Sean became Shawna, and Janos became Janice. I changed absolutely nothing but the pronouns, and certain details that made no sense with the new gender, so if you're looking for a thoughtful analysis of how genderswapping can change a story, this isn't it. If, however, you're looking for the interesting side effects of changing pronouns and nothing else, this may be interesting to you.
