Dean's always loved Sammy. He can't remember a time when he didn't. He just doesn't know how long he's been in love with Sam. With the trials done, Dean's beginning to see just how broken Sam is, and he doesn't know how to fix it, he just knows that he wants his Sammy back more than anything.
