He wanted Ryan filthy, covered in dirt and grit and sweat. He wanted Ryan to stop being so fucking immaculate, with his shirts tucked in and his slacks pressed and ironed. Chad wanted - he wanted to muss Ryan's hair, to smear dirt on his skin, wrinkle his clothes and bruise his skin.

Sharpay's boyfriend is refreshingly normal and Chad even remembers his name after only being told once, though that might be because Ryan told him that if Sharpay and Peyton did the name smush thing it would be "Peypay" which made them all cackle. At the club, a guy comes up to him, gives Chad his card, and tells him that he should be in porn. Chad thinks it's kind of weird and maybe a little creepy, but he puts the card in his pocket and says he'll think about it.
He forgets all about it until he finds the card again later. Again, he's not quite sure why he doesn't just throw it out. But he doesn't.
