John Egbert is about the most boring man you'll ever meet -- obsessed with a 'beautiful life' but too scared to do anything about it. That is until he's thrust bodily into troll company.

Summary
The game is won - easy peasy, lemon squeezy! Beta and alpha, human and troll, all get dumped, alive, on a mixed Earth in a time that really belongs to none of them (okay, maybe two of them?). Nothing to do but bite the bullet and settle down somewhere, like maybe the Lalonde mansion, which is conveniently empty and basically waiting for them. Nice!
Yeah, no sweat – 32 teenagers can totes live under one roof without any kind of trouble. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!

Summary
After catching John Egbert and who he assumes is John's girlfriend in a rather hot and compromising position, Bro Strider finds himself thinking about John more and more. Luckily for him, Dave is more than happy to bring John and his friends to hang out in the Strider apartment. Maybe he can get to know John better, and maybe John won't be an asshole who's a complete tease about his true feelings for Bro.
Meanwhile Dave is trying to be a better person than he used to be. He's got a sweet girlfriend, works hard in school, volunteers at a local hospital, and does everything he can to be a gentleman of martial nobility. Too bad his developing friendship with the girl who frequents the hospital might be damaging his relationship with his girlfriend.
A story set over many years, detailing growing relationships between many people, encompassing family, friendships, relationships, and everything in between.

Dave Strider, a rebellious teenager, has grown up learning American Sign Language because of his half deaf brother. When John Egbert, who is mute, moves into the house next to him and starts public school for the first time in his life, it seems like fate that it would bring these two together so that Dave could help him through his school life as well as making friends. They could communicate, they were around the same age, and they were both teenage boys... too bad Dave kind of hates his guts at first. John’s not really too fond of this punk kid trying to be cool, either.... or perhaps he is.

Summary
In another universe, the Imperial Fleet came to Earth without warning, in the early years of the Cold War. Just as suddenly, nuclear warfare served as the ultimate warning to stay away, and the Earth was safe. The crashed ships full of abandoned officers and slaves, not so much.
Fast forward to present day, and the Earthbound troll population has been forced to survive in a human-dominated society that doesn't take kindly to their decades-long presence. Between having to resort to archaic and undignified methods of reproduction, legally-mandated drugs to suppress their more trollish attributes, and clashes between Alternian and Earth-hatched generations, survival looks to be a difficult task, indeed.

Summary
Karkat is a troll, a mutant to be exact. Before the war, there was a use for mutants like him. But now that the war with the humans are long over, mutants have once again become a liability to the Queen. So he is thrown across the Border which connects between the two countries (Prospit and Derse). It is dangerous since humans and trolls alike still feel anger and hatred towards one another. Karkat can only hope that no human finds him, but of course with his luck, he gets the most annoying human of them all and worse of all he may develop feelings for this idiotic human!
