The Royal Society mourns the loss of Sir Frederick Campbell. Authorities were alerted to a disturbance at his seaside manor two weeks prior when the local mail man noticed the mail had not been collected in some days. Upon arrival investigators found no sign of Sir Campbell or his housekeeper, Mary Pinkerton. The house was untouched, though a pond located on the grounds was found to contain the brutalized remains of several expensive koi fish. No remains of Sir Campbell or Mrs. Pinkerton were found, though a bloody trail from the pond could be traced away from the manor down to the seashore. Our condolences to the family and friends of Sir Campbell, may he rest in peace.
