After being coerced by his roommate Dominick Cobb to take a class on the art and history of comic books, Arthur meets Eames, a cocky, British smartass, who after kicking the back of Arthur's chair in class one day to keep him awake has yet to break the habit. Arthur wants nothing to do with him, but upon discovering that Eames is good friends with Ariadne, (a girl he's been crushing on since meeting her last year in his physics class), decides to put up with his antics in order to get closer to her. Complications ensue when Arthur and Eames are paired up for the class project—creating their very own comic book. After a chance meeting at an art gala, Robert Fischer starts to dream of things that seem slightly too real to be forgotten. He dreams of rain, and snow, and gunshots, and it's keeping him up at night. But then he meets a woman who tells him that she can fix his dreams for him, if only he trusts her.
Meanwhile, the team from the Fischer job are scattered back across the world, continuing with life as best they can when you've already achieved the impossible. But there's no such thing as 'done and dusted' when you're stealing from the most powerful people in the world, and sometimes retirement doesn't keep you safe for very long.
Cobb wants to protect his new-found freedom, Arthur wants to protect Cobb from any more stupid risks. Ariadne wants a different perspective on dreaming, Saito wants to protect his investment, Eames just wants to put this whole fucking thing to bed at last. And Robert? Robert just wants to know the truth.

The zombie apocalypse has come and gone, and the humans have done their best to pick themselves up and keep going in a world crawling with the infected. Several things have changed since the rising, and one of these changes is the rise in social media. Inception is a team of bloggers, run by Arthur and Eames, who can drive into zombie territory without batting an eyelid, but are far too afraid to act on the tension they both feel between them.
When Cobb, the old leader of the team, approaches them with a job to investigate a dream-sharing device being developed by Fischer-Morrow, the team is sent on their biggest job yet. On top of finding out more about the PASIV device and questioning its place in their zombie-infested, fear-fuelled world, they need to make sure that Robert Fischer doesn't realise why they're really exploring his father's company.
In their search for the truth, they stumble across something much bigger, and suddenly, this becomes more than just a job to them. (Fusion with the Newsflesh series written by Mira Grant).

Arthur's known since he was young that he has a knack for cooking and baking, and beginning culinary school only makes him more certain. But no matter how good he is, it seems Eames is better – which does not endear him to Arthur in the slightest. Eames, however, is quite determined to get Arthur to open up and stop being so uptight and prickly by any means necessary. While each hones his skill in the culinary arts (and Arthur desperately tries to convince Ariadne that the desired structural integrity of her cakes violates basic laws of physics), they increasingly find themselves drawn together, inside the classroom and out. Given such close quarters in the kitchen, and the amount of sensory stimulation involved with preparing all manner of food, it starts to become difficult for Arthur to retain his customary level of distance and detachment. And, as Arthur will find, when it comes to unsatisfied appetites, hunger is often the best sauce of all.
