Summary
Germany 1932. A scholar has horrific visions about a decaying world. Two alienists try to unveil the truth. Experimental fic in the style of HP Lovecraft. It is a bit trippy.
Any constructive criticism accepted. This has been previously published on FF.net under the pen name of Tarja the Wind Witch, which is still me.

Summary
Kain's young brood fends without him, and Vorador takes notice. Post BO2.
Laid flat by the blow, Raziel’s head cracked hard against the marble floor. His hand spasmed, the hilt of the katana jarred from his grip to skitter across the stone. Wheezing for breath he no longer needed, ears ringing, his eyes widened as he took in Vorador’s stance above him, the great hammer swinging upward to come down in one great crushing blow--

Raziel, Janos, and some badly-needed alone time ...
The Ancient, his back to Raziel, was just stepping down into the water, leaving his robe puddled behind him on the tiles. He paused at the scrape of cloven, hard-edged foot on stone, turned his head just slightly, his profile and the white at his temples now visible. “Raziel.” The word was warm; Janos’ accent made the tones seem held in the front of the mouth. “Please. Join me, if you would.”

V Is For Vorador by fractalserpent, HopeofDawn

Summary
Raziel's actions have changed the flow of history, and now rebels have kidnapped a still-human Vorador. Now Raziel must do his best to set the course of history back upon its true path, or risk undoing all he has known ....
Without Vorador, Kain would never have defeated the Pillar Guardians and raised his Empire. Without Vorador, Janos' body would never have been preserved--perhaps, even, Janos would not have lived long enough to meet a wraithly Raziel, without Vorador to divert the attentions of the Sarafan. Without Vorador, could Kain have prevailed against the Hylden at Meridian? Or even lived long enough to see the Pillars fall? Raziel thought it unlikely. He had no particular liking for the creature, but only a fool would deny that Vorador was a linchpin upon which Nosgoth's future turned.

Summary
"I was once a Sarafan, Anani. A most righteous fiend indeed--a warrior-priest so talented in spilling blood that I aided in the near-extinction of the vampire race. In my travels, I came face-to-face with my human self, brazen and murderous. Which makes me wonder if that callow soul indeed can be the same as my own, immutable and inviolate. Or has it has been twisted all out of recognition; changed and shaped by the hands of others?"

Summary
The Clans have fairytales of their own--but happy endings for vampires are rare things indeed ....
“Sit close, then, and I will recount a tale of Kain and his powers. Now you have heard – or will hear,” Ferris amended, glancing to his progeny, and thereby missing the other smith's wince, the way he looked around in worry, watchful of any listening too closely, “of Vorador, and his rivalries with Kain. A thousand years did he haunt the Emperor’s steps, thieving his kills by stealth and by cunning, foiling his aims.
