Erik Lensherr is thrown for a loop when his uncle dies and (for some inexplicable reason) leaves him with a mansion in which to raise his two children, Wanda and Pietro. It's a stroke of luck, definitely. Even so, Erik feels aimless and useless. He's still not sure what to do with his life, it's just that now he's not sure what to do with his life, and he has a big house.
But things start to change when he meets his next door neighbor, Charles Xavier. Charles is different, kind and vibrant, and Erik finds himself quickly becoming his friend. However, when Charles and Erik start having deeper feelings for each other, they find themselves at a loss as to what to do, considering all the things they have to face to have a real relationship--Erik and Charles' dark pasts, for one, not to mention the fact that Charles hasn't stepped out of his mansion in years.

Erik makes a mistake that lands Charles in Shaw's hands. As Erik and the others rush to try to get him back and stop Shaw from starting his war, Shaw manages to awaken something in Charles that may be more than anyone bargained for...something that calls itself Onslaught.
Takes place after Russia and before Cuba then plays out the rest of the movie. This is my attempt to combine the comics with the movies. It was posted in July on ff.net with one sequel finished and 2 more in the works if my brain will cooperate.
For those who are unaware, Onslaught (as described by Marvel's wiki), is "Magneto’s negative emotions merged with Xavier’s suppressed urges, forming a powerful, dormant psionic entity - the self-dubbed Onslaught." He's a psychic entity trapped within Charles' mind...until he becomes a lot less trapped.

For the XMFC kinkmeme, in response to a prompt asking for an mpreg story with some genetics thrown in the mix. While non-mutant couples may be able to conceive a mutant or a non-mutant child, for a couple with two mutants, there's a twenty-five percent chance of a third option: a fatal presentation of the mutant gene. Erik found out years ago that he was one of a number of (relatively cisgendered? this is an odd thing for me to be typing) mutant guys who have the secondary mutation of A Uterus. He'd also been told--years ago, but less so than the last statement--that he was infertile. He and Charles have been on the waiting list for adopting a mutant kid, but when morning sickness sets in, Erik can't exactly celebrate his sudden ability to get pregnant until he's ruled out that twenty-five percent chance.
Cue hiding a pregnancy from a telepath husband, dealing with Dr. MacTaggert's meddling, and trying to avoid the relentless well-wishing of the police department's esteemed Mutant Affairs Division.

Charles starts to get feeling back in his legs because of cool physiological reasons. Meanwhile, Erik battles his guilt, Hank plays doctor, and Raven is a sassypants. Awkward uses of angst and humor. But it's mostly fluff and romance, honestly.

Still, at least the Prometheus project is a go.
