Summary
There is no one right way to change the world. When Sam and Quorra run into a dead end she suggests returning to the Grid to find the answers. With her monitoring from the outside Sam goes in not knowing what he’ll find or if he’ll succeed. What he discovers is a Grid that needs his help to rebuild…and Tron, who needs his help to be himself again.

Summary
In one story, a program named Rinzler remembered he was once named Tron long enough to ram his lightjet into Clu's.
In one story, he fell, and Clu went on to harry the users and the ISO upon the I/O port's very threshold.
In one story, he drifted into the deeps of the Sea of Simulation, limp and flickering, as Kevin Flynn drew Clu into himself and Sam and Quorra escaped into the user's world.
This is not that story.

Summary
Written for the kinkmeme prompt that asked for Sam to get permanently trapped on the Grid, mope about it for a bit, then fall in love. Except I was super intrigued by the elephant in the prompt - another Flynn goes mysteriously missing. Surely this would spark interest... and hey, it fit with the Grid of The Loop, so there's ghosts of the past to worry about as well.
[To anyone who read this on the kinkmeme first: this stays on the same plot course but it's in many ways a whole new fic: more action, more plot, more Rinzler.]
