What if, when Sherlock jumped from the roof of St. Bart's, things had not gone quite according to plan? What if he came away from the jump with a serious injury, resulting in brain damage? Still the brilliant mind, the ability to see that which others do not, but rather than the rationality of an adult, he has the understanding of a child? And just how does John deal with this?

Probably won't be one for regular updates on this, as I do have two other chaptered fics I'm working on and no real plot/goal for this, but a few scenes popped into my head last night and I had to do something with them. No graphic violence, language, or adult situations. Not slash, but very focused on John & Sherlock and their relationship. -
