Summary
None of the things Harry did were right in the world he lived in, but then again, Harry didn’t feel right. Even when he was a young lad, he felt that the girls he attended primary school with were prettier than him, he wanted to wear what they did.
The year was 1928. Harry Styles was promptly eighteen and a half years old by this point. During the daytime, he was a worker at the local newspaper office, the editor’s assistant. At dusk, he was Hazel Stilers. The gal who made all the lads swoon at the very sight of her, the gal who’s drank every drink in the bar, the gal who can dance graceful like the swans at the lake in the next town.

This is a fic which will expand into the Stock Market crash of 1929, and onwards to the Great Depression.Series

Summary
Dean Winchester, the owner of a popular speakeasy in the historic district between 42nd street and 55th street has been married to his job for as long as most people can remember. He's quick with a smile, a joke or a rhyme to sell his prohibited liquor, but everyone knows there are things he would rather be doing. Marriage and being tied to dance with just one person for the rest of his life is the last thing on his mind until the eyes of an anomaly catch his gaze.
He's quiet, he's sheltered, he's timid, or so seems the apparent Broadway star. Dean lusts to break the shell of the shy Castiel and bring his true self into the spotlight. -

When a series of murders occur across Manhattan, Detectives Jackson and di Angelo are on the case. Apt, considering that these murders all seem to trace back to one very exclusive club, and one very elusive group of people – one that our heroes know all too well.

"Damn it! Don't lie to me anymore, Annie," Abed said, trying to push her away, but she held firm to his jacket's lapels. Her hands were probably wrinkling the beautiful suit. Tears were beginning to form in her eyes. Oh, roleplaying with Abed was so much fun.

Summary
"It's 1914 when he first meets another immortal. Two of them."
"It's in 2005 that he meets Pitch on a battlefield again, in a place he'd never thought he'd find himself: a place too hot for Jack and too bright for Pitch, but there they (awkwardly) are."
Two times that Jack encounters Pitch on the warfront: once during a surprisingly peaceful Christmas between trenches; once while watching over Captain Jamie Bennett, a Marine stationed in Afghanistan who still believes in the spirit of winter, and whom Jack intends to keep alive long enough to spread that belief to children of his own.
At each of these meetings, the Nightmare King manages despite his better nature (or worse, as the case may be) to ease Jack's fears of what that enigmatic spirit called War may bring in the future.
And maybe Pitch does it just because he wants what anyone wants:
To be understood.
