They're a Myth among myths, beings who've always stuck to the darkest of shadows.
Now, he's being pulled out into some of the lighter ones by the Pack and he's not exactly looking forward to the repercussions from it.

The worst kind of pain, Stiles Stilinski would come to realize, is looking up into the eyes of Peter Hale and realizing that beyond blood red irises lay nothing but the pure darkness of hatred. Pain was the over whelming sense of nausea that over came Stiles as he came to terms with the fact that every fear that had haunted him over the years was real. He was at the mercy of a werewolf so hardened by life that he hadn’t even the slightest bit of sympathy or humanity left in his veins.
Not to mention, were all blood thirsty, sociopathic werewolves this casual about their shortcomings or was Peter just a special exception?

Loki never asked his mother for a new life, to move to America, to start at a new school, or for a step-brother. He certainly didn't ask for said step-brother to be built like the Norse god he's named for, and he didn't ask for his body to react anytime said step-brother touched him. Well, it doesn't matter that Loki didn't ask for any of it because that is his new life, and he better learn to deal with it.
SHIELD Academy is one of the top schools in the nation, but the students are even more colorful. Loki makes "friends"—using that term flexibly—fast, and that's all great except for he's falling faster.
Loki hates people, has always hated people, for a reason. It looks like those reasons are his life now.
