Summary
The parole arrangement was going to be worth it, however much Neal tried his patience. And any inconvenient responses Peter might be experiencing would fade with familiarity. Neal was easy on the eye, but he was also a guy and a convicted criminal: hardly Peter's type, on either count. And this wasn't Sin City.
Spoilers for all of seasons 1 and 2.

Summary
Neal came into Peter's office and closed the door after him. He seemed pensive. "Um, Peter?"
"What?" Peter looked up, caught himself blushing, and looked back down at his paperwork. "What is it?"
"Your wife just asked me out on a date," said Neal.Last bookmarked by xdisasterologyx

Summary
There's a blue eyed boy practising slight of hand tricks in an empty room. He’s never going to be a magician, but it’s good training for quick, nimble fingers, and the razzle dazzle’s the most important lesson of all.
But no, too early. Choose another beginning.

John Sheppard made it through a year in Pegasus, multiple brushes with death and a Wraith seige without losing his shit. But getting promoted once he got back to Earth? Yeah, that'd do it.

Notes
Amusing, if only because I keep picturing Eliot from Leverage every time the name gets used. My brain is probably broken. But this was so much fun.

Summary
"This can't be undone. Once we run, that's it. We can never come home," he says, like he's talking to himself even as he's looking straight at Neal.
"Home becomes something else," Neal says quietly, in case it helps. He smiles humorlessly. "I hear it's just where you hang your hat."

They have less than an hour so instead of packing they light a fire in a garbage can in the living room and sit around it in the dark, flinging IDs into the flames.
