Loki never asked his mother for a new life, to move to America, to start at a new school, or for a step-brother. He certainly didn't ask for said step-brother to be built like the Norse god he's named for, and he didn't ask for his body to react anytime said step-brother touched him. Well, it doesn't matter that Loki didn't ask for any of it because that is his new life, and he better learn to deal with it.
SHIELD Academy is one of the top schools in the nation, but the students are even more colorful. Loki makes "friends"—using that term flexibly—fast, and that's all great except for he's falling faster.
Loki hates people, has always hated people, for a reason. It looks like those reasons are his life now.

Summary
Steve doesn't understand why he and Tony just don't get along, and finally fed up begins asking for help amongst his fellow Avengers. The eye-opening results put him on a path to a new self-awareness and better relationship with the whole team, not just Tony.
Meanwhile, Tony is seeking a new opportunity to be a better hero, to open new doors to a better world besides just clean energy. After all, between politics, research, cost, competitor's contracts, and other issues, it will be decades before that shows any real results on a nationwide scale, much less global. Perhaps Alpha/Omega rights, something he can support now, will suit the bill?
He might even come out of hiding himself. -

Summary
A baby girl left for dead in the remote hills of China is taken in by the monks of a nearby Taoist monastery, raised in the ways of their tradition. As she ages she exhibits abilities exclusive to a mythical race alluded to in Chinese lore and the earliest recorded mutant presence in China, the Sage. When her powers become too potent she is sent to Xavier's for training. But Sages have a very powerful historical enemy who've begun hunting her down. Seen as a threat to national security, S.H.I.E.L.D intervenes and has the girl enter their ranks to tackle this terrorist group, making her their first employed mutant. Alliances are formed and powerful foes are coming at them from all sides as Nuan struggles to understand and master her ancient technique.
