They are together for a month or two, when John, a well-adjusted bisexual- in the spirit of his 'It's all fine' attitude mentions to Sherlock that he sometimes misses being on the receiving end of anal sex. they talk about it; Sherlock is intrigued. This was definitely River's fault. The Doctor certainly wouldn't have stolen all his own clothes while he was in the shower. He absolutely wouldn't have stolen all the towels as well, leaving only a few hand towels that did nothing for modesty. And even on the off chance he'd gone mad and left out some new, definitely-not-his clothes on a hanger with a handwritten note saying 'Wear this gorgeous, x x', he could safely say he would never have left himself a powder blue pleated sundress and a little white cardigan. Oh, and sheer white hold up stockings.

Summary
Misa pledged her friendship to him when she didn't know he was L, and Light formed a strong bond with L while chained to him. Now both Kiras have a strange scheme to convert L to their side and create a threesome relationship in the process.
This is a captivity situation with bondage but only a little violence and no physical torture. It is what I would call creepy-fluffy where fluffy aspects and dark aspects often coexist together, and some of the story elements have disturbing implications if you think about them, yet things are not extremely dark. If you are looking for dark and angsty you'll probably be disappointed, and if you are looking for pure fluff you'll probably be squicked by some of the disturbing elements.
Note: because of the AO3 software, some weird automatic titles are being generated for chapters, ignore these.
