Jared has had nothing but a string of abusive boyfriends and he thinks he’ll never find someone. Until he meets Jensen and they really hit it off, though when Jared finds out that he’s a cop he freaks out and starts worrying that the statistics on cops are going to happen (that they are more abusive than any other profession)
Well one night when Jared is staying at Jensens he breaks something and starts crying and all but begging Jensen not to hit him for it, which breaks Jensens heart. So he spends the night worshiping Jared in every way and promising him he will NEVER hurt him like that.

Originally a fill posted at norsekink in response to the prompt:
"After the Avengers capture Loki at the end of the movie, they lock him up as a precaution before shipping him off to Asgard. And being the good guys, they decide to give him the chance to bathe and dress in clean clothes instead of sleeping in his own dirty rags.
The problem is, without the whole battle gear and the drawn and mean look, Loki looks surprisingly young, which prompts the Avengers to ask Thor just how old Loki really is. Of course Loki is centuries old, but Thor tells them that in human standard, Loki would still be considered underage!
Cue to horrified Avengers who wants to know exactly what sort of crappy home life Loki must have had to end up like this before even reaching adulthood."
It rather spiralled from there into a behemoth, now in the process of being edited and hopefully cleaned of glaring plotholes! Updated daily.

In a strange twist of fate, Harry ends up the adopted son of two of Earth's Mightiest Heroes. Some folks of course, don't like this, wanting the Boy Who Lived to remain the ignorant bastion of light they need him to be. Harry's adoptive fathers want him to have all they never did.
AU - Dark fic! Dumbles bashing (He is not a nice character in this story, fair warning). Character listing is woefully incomplete, but most of the HP-verse folks will appear, and a goodly chunk of the Avengers will appear (comics verse).

Based of this prompt; Shelby gives in and her relationship with Puck becomes a lot more serious. When Figgins finds out that Puck and Shelby have slept together he calls a meeting in his office. With Puck, Shelby, Will and Emma all the room, he explains what he's found out, expresses concern about it and then he fires Shelby.
Puck is so angry that he doesn't even realize what's coming out of his mouth until he finds himself asking why everyone cares so much that he slept with a teacher when he was eighteen and he wanted to when no one has ever cared that he slept with a teacher when he was fifteen and didn't.
