Obi-Wan Kenobi originates from Stewjon, a planet holding a human subspecies which has both sexes carrying offspring. The prophecy of the Chosen One has an extension to it that comes to light to the Sith, telling about the child of the Chosen One and how it could either destroy or bring total peace to the galaxy or some weird magic Force crap like that. Who knows what the crazy old people in this galaxy will come up with next?
There is Padmé/Anakin in this fic only because it takes Anakin forever and a day to figure out he has the hots for Obi-Wan.
