Bond is an ex-browncoat who turned to the alliance, now holding a position as a federal agent. Soon a brief lands on his desk ordering him to infiltrate the crew of the elusive 'Q', gather the required intel and then bring them in.
Bond's loyalty was never with the alliance. The events that then transpired were merely the final push to get him to turn. Such a choice, however, was unfortunately anticipated...
