"Thwarted by a Malign Star" simply means that the stars are working against a relationship, stemming from the astrological belief that the stars ruled over peoples fates.I think we could consider Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr as Star-crossed lovers,my most cherished OTP.

Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr are both teenagers in this fiction.Charles is the studious,nerdy type while Erik is the stereotypical rebel (Think the breakfast club,if you will). They are complete opposites and as is wont of Erik's personality in this story, he bullied Charles around.They end up falling for each other and then they had to pretend that everything was the same,that nothing changed between them.But how long can they keep this facade up when they are so drawn to each other?Series

Prompt: I recently read a minifill wherein Charles died trying to give birth to a son and Erik never got there in time because when Charles wrote to him to tell him the news, Erik ignored all the letters.
Could we have fill somewhat like that but Charles survives and Erik never knows having never read and thrown out almost all the letters. Then come years (up to the anon how old the child is) later, Erik finds out that he is the father and confronts Charles. Accusations fly until it spills out that since Erik never replied, Charles assumed Erik never wanted anything to do with them.
Summary: Max Xavier, 7 year old telepath and genius, attempts to make his Daddy feel better by bringing his Father and Aunt Raven home.

Summary
Thor takes a good look at Loki once he has hauled him back onto the quinjet, and realizes that there is something odd about Loki's eyes. Thor has grown and changed much in the last year, and no longer takes anything for granted. So he starts asking questions. It doesn't take long to figure out that Loki is not acting of his own free will.
Tony Stark knows what it is to be forced to do as an enemy commands. Steve Rogers has seen the atrocities manipulative madmen are willing to commit. Clint, Logan, Bruce and Natasha have been subjected to said madmen. They all know what it is to lose themselves, and to seek redemption.
Together, this band of broken heroes draws a line in the sand. They will not tolerate any tyrant, foreign or domestic. That includes Nick Fury and the WSC, who have used everyone on the team for their own aims. It includes Thaddeus 'Thunderbolt' Ross, who has hunted Bruce against all reason. It includes Odin, who treats his sons like commodities. And it includes Thanos, who has delusions of conquering Earth.
Along the way, they learn to trust each other. They learn to help each other. They become a family.

Summary
During a battle, Agent Clint Barton is accidentally de-aged. The rest of the team doesn't realize it, and goes on to where they are needed next. Until they get back, and someone can figure out how to return Clint to normal, it looks like Clint being a teenager is going to be a long term situation, so Phil does the best he can, and sends Clint to school.
Clint doesn't remember being an adult, so he doesn't know he's an agent, or that he's Hawkeye, or who the Avengers are, and he certainly doesn't know that he was in a relationship with Steve Rogers.

The last thing that Agent Phil Coulson knew for sure that Captain America saw, prior to acquiescing to Thor's urgent request for the standing team members to transport to Asgard to resolve an emergency there, was Clint Barton moving beneath Phil's coat, and Phil giving Captain America a head nod that all was well....

James Logan is the somewhat grizzled mutant captain of The Jubilation Lee, a female Leviathan in Stark's fleet, 'piloted' by Logan's own daughter, Laura (the girl and the alien have been bonded since infancy). His crew is charged with the somewhat routine task of protecting a Stark-employed archeologist, Dr. Jane Foster, as she works on a remote planet. When Jane, Laura, and most of Jane's work are stolen, however, Stark charges Logan with getting them back, and the captain doesn't need to be told twice. What he doesn't count on is Jane's assistant Darcy Lewis demanding to come along for the hunt, as well as the archeologist's tall, unsettling alien boyfriend...

Magneto is losing himself to his plans for domination and Charles is finding the balance between his personality and Onslaught after accepting the entity as part of himself. Their friendship has reached the proverbial fork in the road, but the question remains, can they find the road not taken?
The Onslaught saga concludes, roughly combining XMFC, X3 (mostly through the appearance of Phoenix plus a few other points), and the Onslaught comic arc. I'm not the best at summaries, but hopefully that's intriguing enough.

Erik’s mind noticed things like how Charles’ brown hair caught the light from the lamps on the table besides him, how fair his skin was, and apparently, now and then, resolved to cataloguing the colour of his eyes – altering between comparing them to skies and seas, and settling on neither. It would all have been very amusing, if it hadn’t been for four small realisations.
One: Erik was in love with him.
Two: Erik didn’t even seem to completely realise it himself, because - as far as Charles could tell - he had never experienced anything of the kind before.
Three: Charles was less surprised than he’d expect given the situation at hand, and – to be perfectly honest – it felt more like a confirmation rather than a realisation. Which was perhaps the most troubling (he’d have to examine that sentiment later).
And four: Erik’s mind reeked with suspicion.

When 19-year-old genius Charles Xavier starts his teaching job at M Institute he expects a lot, but not becoming the unofficial psychiatrist and apparent guide of the interesting Erik Lehnsherr, who is two years his senior and being difficult.
