Summary
With Heaven hunting Dean and Castiel to stop their abomination of a relationship, they're stuck for days in a motel covered in warding symbols. Sam leaves for the library in search of anything that might help. The hunter and the angel are so tense from their imprisonment that certain fears rise to the surface, including Castiel's confession of the identity of his mother. Their relationship remains unsteady and uncertain, but they find comfort in each other as another barrier breaks, allowing Dean to experience more of Castiel's true form. The way he smiled, how comfortable he always was and how cunning. And the way one corner of his grin always twitched a little higher whenever he said something insidious or canny.

Summary
Merlin and Morgana have spent six months in the dungeons in Arida, a far off kingdom to the north. They have their weak and their strong moments, and they always have each other. They are planning to escape, and upon their return to Camelot, Arthur and their friends notice that there's something... off... about the two. Merlin won't let anyone lay a finger on Morgana, and Morgana hardly allows anyone to even breathe on him.
While the witch and warlock's friends are trying to understand their fluctuating tendencies and odd behavior, they have to come to terms with what happened in those cells, and worry about how far their captor will be willing to go to get them back.
Secrets are nothing new to the two, but now there can be nothing hidden between them if they want to keep themselves, and Camelot, safe. And now a third party may come to play.
There's something... dangerous, lurking in Merlin and Morgana. A darkness they're fighting to escape. Can they? Or will they succumb to the darkness within them, and leave their destinies behind?

Maybe it was because of the way you interacted.
He was a quiet person, and typically shied away from touching anyone, a fact that's amused you for years, considering he's so rowdy with the way he speaks. But he would reach out to you occasionally, and gently wrap his pinkie around yours or card his fingers through your hair, but those moments were rare and always fleeting. They were brief, yes, but you liked them, and you had a feeling he did, too, even if he never admitted it. He was always too embarrassed to keep it going long, and it rarely lasted more than a few seconds.

Castiel reappears from Purgatory and Dean isn't willing to let him go again. As their bond deepens, the barriers between them fade, and suddenly Dean can see Castiel's wings and halo. Worse still, she and Castiel clearly have some kind of history. Three against three, the fight would have been fair if Sam and Dean weren't human, but they're quickly overpowered, leaving Castiel to fight alone. He uses Ariel to deliver his warning to Heaven - either leave him and the Winchesters alone or face another war. Sending Ariel back to Heaven injures his grace, however, and leaves him unable to fight. Has he gone too far this time? This is Part III of a series. Castiel returns after several days of watching Fred Jones at the old folks home and Dean is overjoyed to see him. The last time they were together, they finally confessed their feelings for one another and promised to fight together once Heaven and Hell begin hunting them. An angel and a human falling in love is an abomination punishable by death. But once Dean stops fighting what he feels, the veil between them is lifted, and he becomes the only human who can see and touch Castiel's wings. Now that he's back, the only thing he wants to do is touch him and be alone with him. Castiel has his own plans and entrances Dean by touching him with his grace. Dean realizes he's being branded but it feels so amazing that he doesn't care. They cross a line of no return and they know it's only a matter of time before Heaven and Hell hunt them. And as Dean tries to come to terms with the truth, he knows he also has to come to terms with the feelings he's been drowning in whiskey since he pulled the trench coat out of the reservoir. With the push from Sam to start talking, Dean and Castiel confront their issues. The surrender into what they really feel brings both harsh warnings from Heaven about the forbidden circumstances of their bond and reveals Castiel's wings to Dean. Only one human in an angel's existence has the ability to see its wings - but will it scare Dean away? (I don’t really know where I was going with this one but I just wanted to find some way for Dean to actually see and touch Castiel's wings. It’s mostly them trying to figure out how they feel. Toward the end, it gets a little sexy but not overtly so. I’d call it PG-13. I will do a NC-17 version IF there are requests for it. In this one, Castiel explains why human-angel love is bad but these guys are rebels at their core.)
