The worst monsters come from within us, and relics of the past become all the more dangerous when those hard-learned lessons are forgotten. Nine years following the Fall, the people of Cocoon have established themselves on Gran Pulse, and the people have grown complacent behind the walls of New Archylte City.
Those monsters and lessons forgotten are not gone, and the ex-l'Cie and the Pulsian military government unknowingly walk a fine line between life and absolute destruction.

While digging the foundations for a new city on Gran Pulse, the ancient ruins of a once great city called Midgar are discovered, but the ruins may hold more than just lost history. Midgar may hold the key to saving humanity from the giant monsters that have risen from the depths of the planet.

Awesome Fang/Lightning fic in which the fallout of ending the fal'Cie and life on Cocoon had disastrous results. Also nicely explores the psyches and different pasts of both Fang and Lightning via shared dreams in stasis.

New Century/Zero Zoids AU. In the lead-up to the Royal Cup, ace pilot Fang manages to wreck her Zoid for the third time that month. A little frustrated with Fang's cavalier attitude towards the sheer volume of work that repairing a crash-landing causes, her mechanic, Lightning, decides that this time Fang is going to help out with the repairs.
