Loki is taken back to Asgard for his punishment, of which Thor has to be a witness. Shocked and disgusted by the way his brother is treated, he decides to break him out of his cell and bring him to Midgard, hoping to stay by his side as Loki heals.
Destiny, however, has other plans, and things take a vastly different turn.

Summary
Thor and Loki have had a long standing intimate as well as sexual relationship. Thor takes Loki back to Asgard after the Avengers and Odin decides Loki's punishment involves sexual torture.
Thor decides he would rather do it himself then leave Loki to someone else, Loki remains gagged, cuffed, and unwilling through the whole ordeal.
Thor has to be drugged and is angry and ruthless with the punishment. -

Summary
Loki's sentence for his invasion of Earth is Punishment by Ordeal. During this ordeal his once almost-wife, Sigyn, appears to help him through it and support his plan from inside his confinement. When Odin suddenly releases Loki to Earth with Thor, the brothers get a chance to reconcile before it becomes apparent that something is wrong back home and Sigyn returns to Midgard with the news Loki had suffered so much to make sure never happened. The Other has made it to the Nine Realms, Asgard lies in ruins and the sons of Odin are called upon to meet their fate.

Written for a prompt inspired by my prompt at Norsekink! Yay!
Odin bets Laufey that Loki can beat Svadilfari in the Intergalactic Games. Frigga, who most emphatically does not want to be lost to Laufey, encourages Loki by screaming at him to run as if Svadilfari were going to rape him. The Asgardian gossip grapevine takes it from there...
'Well what about Angrboda? Is it true you had an affair with her?'
Loki sighed. Stupid Midgardians.
