Summary
Thor takes a good look at Loki once he has hauled him back onto the quinjet, and realizes that there is something odd about Loki's eyes. Thor has grown and changed much in the last year, and no longer takes anything for granted. So he starts asking questions. It doesn't take long to figure out that Loki is not acting of his own free will.
Tony Stark knows what it is to be forced to do as an enemy commands. Steve Rogers has seen the atrocities manipulative madmen are willing to commit. Clint, Logan, Bruce and Natasha have been subjected to said madmen. They all know what it is to lose themselves, and to seek redemption.
Together, this band of broken heroes draws a line in the sand. They will not tolerate any tyrant, foreign or domestic. That includes Nick Fury and the WSC, who have used everyone on the team for their own aims. It includes Thaddeus 'Thunderbolt' Ross, who has hunted Bruce against all reason. It includes Odin, who treats his sons like commodities. And it includes Thanos, who has delusions of conquering Earth.
Along the way, they learn to trust each other. They learn to help each other. They become a family.

Summary
Tony and Steve decide they’re ready to have a baby. But neither Pepper or Natasha are willing to act as a surrogate and adoption agencies are denying them because of their “dangerous lifestyle” as superheroes. The solution? Take some genetic material from the both of them and grow a “test tube baby”. The problem? Super Soldier Serum and cyberpathic linkage are hereditary, causing the baby to grow at an extraordinarily fast pace and be born with the abilities of both her fathers combined. Nothing the Avengers can't handle, right?

Summary

But one night the priest of a small parish finds a badly injured man collapsed on the altar steps while nightmarish hounds circle the church.
Everything Steve Rogers knew about the vampires will be proven wrong and his actions of mercy and healing will throw him into a war he did not even know was happening. He knew that vampires were deadly but nobody had ever said they were... beautiful too.

Post-Iron Man 3, and with slight spoilers: With all the damage from the Chitauri Invasion cleaned up, and no new crises for The Avengers to solve, Bruce is starting to feel a little stuck, a little trapped. Then he receives a communication from somebody who really is trapped.
Then comes the part where the guy who's been locked up, for no fault of his own, and knows what it feels like, starts to feel some sympathy for the one who deserves to be trapped and probably would have deserved an even harsher punishment.
Then comes a rescue, spiritual as well as physical. AND HULK HELPS.

There is no way to reverse what has been done, but to stop 'The Feral' from over powering them, they must travel over the river and through the woods to the last facility that has the serum to stop the eroding effects of the disease.
