Dabbling in everything from security to science to sustainable fuels, one of the most powerful corporations in the universe is actually run by a decent human being. Which is good, as dangerous work is usually the only kind of work mutants can get.
James Logan is the somewhat grizzled mutant captain of The Jubilation Lee, a female Leviathan in Stark's fleet, 'piloted' by Logan's own daughter, Laura (the girl and the alien have been bonded since infancy). His crew is charged with the somewhat routine task of protecting a Stark-employed archeologist, Dr. Jane Foster, as she works on a remote planet. When Jane, Laura, and most of Jane's work are stolen, however, Stark charges Logan with getting them back, and the captain doesn't need to be told twice. What he doesn't count on is Jane's assistant Darcy Lewis demanding to come along for the hunt, as well as the archeologist's tall, unsettling alien boyfriend...

Part Two of Three set in ECET’s verse, Shake It Out follows the Boss after her resuscitation after nearly fifty years in a cryogenic sleep following her death at the hands of Naked Snake. SHIELD took her in before anyone could bury her all those years ago and has given her experimental treatments designed to heal her most recent wounds, even those that were fatal, though they don’t know the full extent of what these treatments will do. This will follow the Avengers movie to a point, where it will become completely AU and fully combine MGS and Marvel.

After the events of the AU Thor story, Loki is forced to ally with the Other against his own will, in his desperate effort to return to earth. He is not in control of himself, and is forced to watch himself commit acts he would never dream of. Thor does his best to atone for his previous sins, and even tries to free Loki from his prison, but does not succeed alone.
Just a series of drabbles to explain how the events of the Avengers would occur if Loki had been controlled by the Other, (a common theory floating around.)

Tony Stark was pretty sure the Universe had it out for him. Call it karma, or the natural balance, but on occasion, he had a sneaking suspicion that for every good thing that happened to him, something bad was waiting around the corner.
That being the case, his first real date with Steve Rogers would probably lead to something disastrous. But in that he was, in fact, going on his first real date with Steve, he wasn't sure he cared. Steve was certain he didn't.
