Summary
Mycroft and Greg have been happily married for fifty years as each other's vampiric mates and husbands. Greg has slowly been adjusting to life in the coven and has gotten to know the coven's strange leader and Mycroft's close friend, Urather, a being only known as the Child of Light.
But after discovering that Urather is dying and has requested something bizarre and trying of Mycroft, Greg has to cope with the strangest and most emotionally difficult nine days of his life after he and Mycroft agree to the strange being's proposal.
