Summary
I glimpse my beloved through stone lace
That is all that keeps me alive each night
Too much! To unveil that flame-like face
Moth-drunk, I would burn in that light

Summary
When Peace Corps assigns Nate to East Timor, a tiny half-island in eastern Indonesia, he figures he'll have a lot of time to catch up on his reading. But the year is 1999, and the shock fall of military dictator Suharto is still reverberating throughout the country, triggering changes nobody ever thought possible. As East Timor moves inexorably towards freedom – or war – Nate is drawn into events that will define the future of the province forever.

Summary
There once were three sisters, who were like the sides of a three sided coin.
It was one of those twist of fate things (and other stuff that they weren't supposed to hear about until they were older, but did anyway) that the three sister-princesses were born on the same day and in the same hour to three different mothers (then they had adventures, but there was also danger, and metaphors like rivers run through sands of time).
