Summary
These are the stories that made up the thesis for my PhD in Creative Writing which I achieved in December of 2009. The idea was to tell (or retell) the stories of (sometimes) famous women. Some of these stories are more successful than others, I think, but all of them are true.
The title is taken from this poem by Adrienne Rich:
Our story isn't a file of photographs
faces laughing under green leaves
or snowlit doorways, on the verge of driving
away, our story is not about women
victoriously perched on the one
sunny day of the conference,
nor lovers displaying love:Our story is of moments
when even slow motion moved too fast
for the shutter of the camera:
words blew our lives apart, like so…And that's it, really. I never did anything with it and that's a shame, really, because some of these stories want to be read.
That's all.
I think that someone will remember us in another time.- Words:

Summary
In which Gabriel hexes Dean to speak in Shakespeare quotes in an attempt to make him 'fess up about his eternal and epic love for Castiel. Unfortunately for Gabriel's very cunning plan, it isn't actually Castiel that Dean's interested in...

Summary
The advantage of Gabriel having downloaded all of Shakespeare's plays into Dean's head is that Dean quoting Shakespeare is really hot. The disadvantage is that it makes an excellent excuse for them to actually talk even less.
In which Sam goes "..." a lot, and Castiel sneaks.“Cas,” Sam hissed at the ceiling. “You gotta help me, man. I think the Apocalypse might be back on the rails.”
Castiel whooshed into existence, blinking owlishly. “Sam. Why are you wearing cupcake footie pyjamas?”
“Forget the pyjamas! Dean’s quoting Shakespeare. Willingly. I’m pretty sure that’s bigger than any Horseman.”Series

Bookmarker's Notes
Basically: Molly being brilliant at decoding Shakespeare. Beatrice and Benedick pre-canon.
