Summary
When Isaac had accepted the bite he had been under the impression that all of his problems would be fixed and/or forgotten. This included, but was not limited to: bruises, scratches, shyness, his lack of family, his lack of friends, and, oh, how susceptible to sickness he was. It was a stupid impression.

Summary
When he doesn't see his best friend, Isaac, for more than a week, Scott starts to worry and he decides to see what's going on. What he finds isn't at all what he expected and Scott decides to help Isaac the only way he knows how. (AU-ish)
Neither of them say anything for a moment and then Isaac murmurs, “Thanks for doing that, Scott. You’re kind of like… my guardian angel.”
“You don’t have to thank me,” Scott mumbles, laughing as he kisses Isaac’s forehead, lips brushing along his hairline.
“Why’d you do it?”
“Because…” Trailing off, Scott shrugs his shoulders and moves a hand up, running his fingers through Isaac’s hair. “You’re my best friend and I love you,” he answers, finally, and hugs Isaac tightly.

Summary
AU-An AU world where the majority of people are either werewolves or dragon shifters. In rare circumstances, a person born of one shifter changes into the other. They are known as anomalies, sentenced to live as outcasts for the strange defect.
Isaac Lahey was set to be the next chief of the largest dragon clan on the continent when fate intervenes and forces him to the refuge of the Beacon Hills Hale pack. Unable to find acceptance there, Derek, the new alpha of the territory, goes to the only one he knows with enough knowledge about werewolves to get Isaac up to speed: Stiles.
Working against the clock and his own batch of werewolf problems, Stiles has to pass Isaac into the pack while tensions between the werewolves and dragons rise, threatening another war to a world still carrying scars from a past conflict. No pressure, right?

Summary
He laughs at their strivings and rages
And tosses the murmurant sphere
To bowl through the zodiac-stages
That measure the groove of a Year.He laughs as he trips up the maddest
Who scramble for power and place,
But laughs with the bravest and gladdest--
Fate's comrades, who laugh in his face;[...]
Who laugh in the teeth of disaster,
Yet hope through the darkness to find
A road past the stars to a Master
Of Fate in the vastness behind.
A. GuitermanEvery child is born with a mark—the first traces of a letter etched into the skin, a letter that grows darker with every passing year. Line by line, curve by curve, it blossoms until adulthood, when it finally forms a name.
This name is sacred.
This name is a child's soulmate, foreordained before birth, immutable.
Meeting one's soulmate is cause for celebration, a new curve in the lifeline, an ideal in a world of infinite possibilities. And when the ideal fails, when the fairytale darkens, the results are catastrophic.
