Summary
Rodney manages to save the team, but at a terrible cost to himself. When John later stumbles across an Ancient facility, he finds that it can give Rodney what the scientist had given up as a lost cause due to his sacrifice. But the facility is rapidly running out of power and John has to make a snap decision. How far is John willing to go to help a man that he loves far too much for his own good?

For the Norsekink prompt:
Two parallel universes. One light, one dark. Whatever flying piece of plot the author wishes, the Lokis are interchanged. Thor has his brother back - but broken, horribly abused (maybe wearing a collar to suppress his magic IDK). He and the avengers work to carefully nurse and bring this Loki back to health.
The dark universe, on the other hand, finds out that their favourite fucktoy and whipping boy has been replaced with a bug-fuck insane, unbroken, unafraid, unrestrained and powerful Loki.
