After the events of Mother 3, Jill escapes her Queen's tower and runs to Mt.Itoi, where she waits for passing female hikers to steal their boots. Meanwhile, Giegue plans to invade Earth. Ninten teams up with Ness, Lucas and friends to stop Giegue. Jill attacks the group,only to lose to them and unwillingly go with them to defeat Giegue.
